Lead strategic and transformative initiatives, accountable for the strategy, development, and launch of the financial industry’s first Open Platform, Fusion Fabric Cloud. Led the development of a Syndicated Lending Exchange, LenderComm.


In addition, in January 2020, he stepped in as the General Manager for the North America Community Markets (NACM) to lead the transformation of the business. The NACM business includes Retail banking, Lending, and Consumer Compliance. In addition to the NACM role, he was also the Product Portfolio Strategy officer for Finastra.MIke is currently a Board Director for Exxat Corporation, Operating Advisor at a large PE, Advisor to Priority SW ERP corp’s CEO and frequently lecture on Strategy and Leadership at USC’s graduate business school.
